Simply select your design theme from our collection, then enter your child's name, age, and any custom text in the personalization field before adding to cart. We will tailormake each item to fit your celebration details perfectly.
What is the lead time for personalized orders?
Standard production time is 5-7 business days from order placement. Shipping time is in addition to this production window. If you have an urgent date, we recommend choosing rush processing at checkout.
Can I see a digital proof before shipping?
For highly customized items, we will email you a digital design proof within 2 business days of order placement. We allow up to two rounds of revisions before finalizing the layout for print.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Transit times for international destinations vary by country, typically ranging from 7-14 business days.
Do you offer rush shipping?
Yes, you can upgrade to Express Shipping (1-2 business days) or Priority Shipping (2-3 business days) at checkout. Please note that rush shipping does not shorten production lead times unless rush processing is also selected.
